Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain..It is nice to havehave a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.Drinking plenty of water also makes our skin clear.

I agree with you, and thank you for this post. Now I'm going to try hot tea while eating my meals as what your post said. Well, some people especially athlete mostly drink supplement water because it functions the same as the water that we used to drink, it also replenish and rejuvenate our body. I hope to see some more of your posts.
