Stress At Workplace , Fitness

Recently I went through an article regarding stress at workplace. It was very informative. Here it goes

Being busy with work and coming home stressed out and exhausted is a thing that is not only hard on your health by raising stress hormones, blood pressure, interfering with sleep but it can leave u too tired and pressed for time to fit a workout in –which only makes things worse and perpetuates the problem.

There are many ways to deal this problem like make sure u get enough sleep and make exercise priority but being more productive at work can help at a grassroots level.if u get more done while you are on the job you will be less stressed , work low overtime and feel more satisfied.

Here are some tips to suggest for increase your productivity.

  • Early to bed and early to rise make this as a habit.
  • Exercise first thing to build energy and get it out of the way.
  • Create a fixed to do list when you are done for the day.
  • Isolate your self minimize distractions from others so you can focus.
  • Cut the cables anything that is’nt absolutely necessary to your work should be turned off:internet, cell phone etc.
  • Put the big rocks first load the biggest and most important projects in the beginning of the day.
  • No mid task breaks finish an item on your list before you break for cofee or lunch.
  • Minimize other breaks take as few breaks throughout the day as you can.
  • Batch small tasks together-grouping small similar tasks together can help you keep your rhythm and keep things on a fast pace.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency all through the day.
  • Build up speed if you are on aroll with something don’t stop for lunch or a break until you have finished.
  • Take the next day off-plan the project day before a weekend or sometime that allows you to take the next day easy you deserve it.

Food and Fertility,pregnancy diet

The heart-healthy diet with more fruit and vegetables, less meat and carbs, more healthy fats and few or no trans fats recommendations behind The fertility diet might influence ovulation because they affect insulin levels.Insulin levels, in turn, can affect sex-hormone-binding globulin, which can affect the amount of free androgen in a women's body.too much can suppress ovulation.

Two recommendations in the fertility diet are backed by relatively solid science. For a women with irregular ovulation, attaining a healthy weight and taking a multivitamin with folic acid can improve her odds of getting pregnant.Being overweight or underweight has been shoen to suppress ovulation, because both conditions throw off a woman's natural hormone levels.

In a major study of vitamins and folic acid to reduce the incidence of neural-tube defects in babies, the researchers noted a trend they hadn't expected. The women taking the vitamins were not only more likely to have twins.

The weakest recommendation in the fertility diet is the notion that ice cream and whole-fat dairy products will increase fertility.Even the study authors note in the book that it would be an overstatement to say that are even a handful of studies on the subject.

Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain..It is nice to havehave a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.Drinking plenty of water also makes our skin clear.
